Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains what personal data we process when you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, or ask us for a quote. The website has no registration, no login and no online forms.

2. What data do we process, and why?
Enquiries and quote requests
When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide: your name, phone number and email address, together with the details of your journey (date and time, pick-up and drop-off points, stops on the way, number of passengers and pieces of luggage, flight number, child seat requirements and any other requests).
- Purpose: preparing and sending the quote, arranging the booking and providing the service.
- Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract and the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: if no booking is made, we delete the correspondence relating to the quote request once the matter is closed; if a booking is made, we keep it until the contract has been performed and until any possible claims become time-barred.
Invoicing
Under Section 169 of Hungarian Act C of 2000 on Accounting, we are required to keep the data shown on issued invoices for 8 years (legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3. Use of the website
The website does not use cookies, does not run any analytics, social media or advertising tracking code, and does not use any external font service. For secure operation, the hosting provider’s server may keep a technical log (for example IP address, time of request, browser type); the hosting provider handles these under its own rules.
External links on the website (Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, WhatsApp, Google Maps) open only when clicked; any data processing there is governed by the privacy policy of the provider concerned.
4. Who can access the data?
The data may be accessed by our staff and by the chauffeur carrying out the booked journey, solely to the extent necessary to provide the service. The following may act as data processors: the hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus), our email service provider and – if you choose that channel – the provider of WhatsApp. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for marketing purposes.
5. Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, or the restriction of its processing; you may object to the processing and request data portability. You can submit your request using the contact details above; we will reply within one month at the latest.
6. Remedies
If you feel that the processing of your data breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):
