VIP transfers and chauffeur service for every occasion
Every journey has its own schedule, and each calls for a different car. You can book the services below individually or in combination – an airport pick-up, for instance, can be followed by a full day of meetings and then an evening concert, all with the same care. Airport transfer and Meet & Greet
Our chauffeur waits for you or your guest in the arrivals hall of Budapest Airport with a name sign, escorts you to the car and drives you to your address. Discretion, efficiency and safety – and on the way home, a transfer to the airport from any address.
Business and corporate travel
City transfer within Budapest, Point to Point journeys to a distant venue, and Round trip tours with several stops around the country, for up to 50 people. Corporate rate, a single invoice and electronic payment.

Which vehicle suits your journey?
For up to three passengers we recommend a sedan. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class is the executive choice: elegant, comfortable on long journeys, and ideal not only for airport transfers but for travel within Europe. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is the brand’s flagship limousine, with a rear cabin so spacious it feels like a first-class airline seat – for distinguished guests, protocol occasions and weddings. Its quiet alternative with zero local emissions is the fully electric Mercedes-Benz EQS, whose long range is ample for regional journeys and trips around the country.
For up to seven, the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, with its facing seats and premium leather interior, is the most popular choice; the 100% electric, long-wheelbase Peugeot e-Traveller carries the same number. If there is plenty of luggage – musical instruments, sample collections, suitcases for a long trip – the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter VIP has room for six passengers and twelve pieces of luggage, with a built-in mini fridge and a large screen.

Our base now has a solar park and several electric vehicle chargers.
For the passenger, electric power above all means quiet: no engine noise, no vibration, and a longer journey spent resting or working. For a sustainability-minded conference, the guests of an environmentally aware company or a quiet sightseeing tour of the city centre, this choice sends a message in itself. You choose where the journey starts and ends: a Budapest hotel, a country-house hotel, a factory gate or an office building abroad can all be a starting point or a destination. In the capital we take passengers on single transfers or full-day programmes, and we head out into the country or across the border just as naturally.
Transfers within Hungary – door to door
The most popular destination for our premium transfers within Hungary is Lake Balaton: Siófok is the summer centre of the southern shore, Balatonfüred and Tihany are the classics of the northern shore, and Hévíz is the capital of spa tourism. In northern Hungary, Eger, Miskolc and the Tokaj wine region lead to castles, thermal baths and world-famous wine country. On the Great Plain, Debrecen is a university, industrial and airport destination, while Szeged is the city of culture and science on the Tisza. In Transdanubia, Pécs sits at the foot of the Mecsek hills, and Győr and Sopron welcome our business and leisure passengers close to the Austrian border.

International transfers – Vienna or Prague is no obstacle
In Central Europe the major cities are close to one another, yet over these distances flying is rarely the fastest option: security checks, waiting and getting into town at the other end often add up to more time than the drive itself. With our international transfers you get in wherever you are and get out wherever you are going. The Budapest to Vienna transfer takes about two and a half hours, so a day of meetings in Vienna fits comfortably into a return trip. The Budapest to Bratislava transfer takes around two hours, and the Budapest to Prague transfer is a longer but direct journey to the Czech capital. Košice, Kraków, Zakopane and Salzburg are also on our list of destinations.

A day with us
A business guest’s day, from landing to dinner
How do our services fit together in practice? An executive from abroad lands in Budapest on the morning flight. In the arrivals hall our chauffeur is waiting with a name sign, escorts him to the car, and they set off towards the city centre. Free Wi-Fi awaits in the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, so he can answer the morning’s emails before reaching the hotel.
In the morning he has meetings at an office in Lipótváros, lunch is on the Buda side, and in the afternoon there is another meeting along the Váci út office corridor. This day does not need to be organised leg by leg: with an hourly booking, the car and chauffeur stay at his disposal throughout and leave whenever he says.
In the evening six of them go out to dinner – now the Mercedes-Benz V-Class takes over, and its facing seats let the conversation carry on during the drive. The next day the programme continues in Vienna with a Point to Point journey, and the company receives all the trips on a single invoice at the corporate rate.
Local knowledge
At home in Budapest – from the airport to the Castle District
Budapest is a city of twenty-three districts and two faces: the hills, villas and historic quarters of Buda and the avenues, boulevards and business districts of Pest live at quite different rhythms. Anyone organising premium chauffeur-driven travel here needs to know both – how to reach the best hotels, where the entrances to meeting venues are, and the quirks of the city’s traffic.
Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport
Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport (BUD) lies on the south-eastern edge of the capital, roughly 16–20 kilometres from the city centre. Since 2012, all passenger traffic has used Terminal 2, whose sections 2A and 2B are linked by a central building called SkyCourt. The route into the centre usually runs along the Ferihegyi gyorsforgalmi út expressway and Üllői út; in normal traffic it takes around half an hour, and at peak times considerably longer. That is why a Budapest airport transfer with us is not simply a ride but a planned arrival.
Hotel districts and the city centre
Most premium hotels are in central Pest: in District V, around the Danube Promenade and St Stephen’s Basilica, and along Andrássy út. The banks of the Danube and the Buda Castle District have been a World Heritage Site since 1987, and Andrássy út and the Millennium Underground Railway since 2002 – a beautiful area, but with heavy traffic and many pedestrian zones. Entry to the Castle District is by permit only, and the renovated Chain Bridge has been closed to private cars since the end of 2022. So please always give us the hotel’s name and exact address: that way our chauffeur can stop as close to the entrance as local traffic rules allow.
Business districts and event venues
Business Budapest is organised around several centres. Váci út in District XIII is the country’s best-known office corridor; in District XI, Infopark and the new riverside office quarters host technology and service companies; and Lipótváros is home to banks, embassies and law firms. During conferences, trade fairs and major events, traffic builds up around Hungexpo in District X, Müpa on the Danube, the MVM Dome – opened in December 2021 with room for around twenty thousand – and the Puskás Aréna in District XIV. At such times, with a pick-up point and time agreed in advance, getting home is not left to chance – we write more about this on our event transfers page.
City transfer between districts
For journeys within the capital we recommend our City transfer: to one or several venues, at any time of day, from a small team to a larger delegation. You will not have to wait for a taxi between a hotel, an office, lunch and an evening engagement, and our chauffeur will plan the crossings between the two banks of the Danube. Our registered address is in District XVI, on the eastern edge of the city – but we always send the car wherever you ask.
