Types of service
City transfer, Point to Point, Round trip, Leisure Traveling
Most journeys fall into one of four basic types. You don’t need to know the names to book – simply tell us what you have in mind, and our team will recommend the one that suits you best. Even so, they are worth a quick look, because they show just how much we can take off your shoulders.
City transfer – within Budapest
To one or several addresses in Budapest, at any time of day, for anything from a small team to a larger delegation. Between hotel and office, meeting room and restaurant, conference centre and evening engagement – with no waiting for a taxi and no hunting for a parking space. Your chauffeur plans every crossing of the Danube and every approach to the traffic-restricted Castle District and the pedestrian zones.
Point to Point – straight to a distant destination
A direct journey, with no changes, to a more distant location: a regional site, a partner company, a conference or the capital of a neighbouring country. You can work, make calls or even hold a meeting in the car along the way, so the travelling time is never wasted. It can also be booked for larger delegations.
Round trip – several stops in a short time
A tour with several stops outside the capital: factory visits, partner meetings, one site after another. Free Wi-Fi in the cars lets you keep working between stops, and if the programme changes during the day, the stops can be adjusted flexibly en route. Round trips are available for groups of up to 50 people.
Leisure Traveling – corporate leisure programmes
Company sightseeing, excursions, dinners or get-togethers for colleagues and partners, in Hungary and abroad. The group sets off together and arrives together, and nobody has to think about who will drive home after a wine dinner or a gala evening.
Meet & Greet – a personal welcome at the airport
Meet & Greet is not a separate service but an integral part of our airport transfers. Your chauffeur welcomes you or your guest in person in the arrivals hall: waiting with a name sign, escorting you to the car and driving you to the address given. Discretion, efficiency and safety – whether you are expecting a business partner or a member of the family.
It is especially valuable when you are not the one arriving but meeting someone else: an executive from abroad, a performing artist or an elderly relative whom you would rather not leave to find their own way around an unfamiliar airport. Fares
Transfer or hourly booking – which should you choose?
Every vehicle in our fleet has two fares: a transfer fare (including tax and parking) and an hourly rate (including tax). Which one suits your journey depends mainly on how predictable your programme is.
Transfer
If you are travelling from one point to another – from the airport to your hotel, from the hotel to an event, from home to the railway station – a transfer is the simpler choice. The start and end of the journey are clear, and the vehicle waits for you at the agreed address at the agreed time.
Hourly booking
If you will need the car for several places during the day and don’t know exactly when each engagement will finish, an hourly booking is more convenient. For the time booked, the car and chauffeur follow your instructions: waiting wherever you ask and setting off whenever you say.
The cost of an hourly booking is easy to work out: the number of hours booked multiplied by the hourly rate of the chosen vehicle. An example based on the hourly rate: an afternoon of meetings in Budapest lasting four hours in a Mercedes-Benz E-Class costs 4 × €70 = €280, including tax. The hourly rate of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and the EQS is €125, the V-Class €110, the Sprinter VIP €120 and the Peugeot e-Traveller €95.

Airport transfer in Budapest
From Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport (BUD) to the city centre or from the city centre to the airport – and beyond, from Lake Balaton to Vienna. Passenger traffic is handled at Terminal 2, where SkyCourt links sections 2A and 2B. On your way home, we take you to the airport from your accommodation, your office or any other address; for a departing flight, allow plenty of time in the terminal as well as for the drive. Weddings and anniversaries
From a transport point of view, a wedding consists of many interlinked movements: the couple often set off from two different addresses, then comes the ceremony, the photo shoot, the dinner and finally the guests’ journey home. The elegant presence and spacious rear of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class make it the classic choice, the all-electric EQS glides up to the church or register office almost silently, and the guests travel in the V-Class, the Peugeot e-Traveller or the Sprinter VIP. The Hungaroring and sporting events
The Hungaroring lies at Mogyoród, beside the M3 motorway, just beyond Budapest’s north-eastern boundary; it has hosted the Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix since 1986. On race weekends traffic in the area is far from normal, so it is wise to fix the times of your outward and return journeys when you book. Pilgrimage to Bodrogkeresztúr (Kerestir)
Bodrogkeresztúr – Kerestir in Yiddish – lies next to Tokaj, around 220 kilometres from Budapest. It is the resting place of Rabbi Yeshaya Steiner (1851–1925), Reb Shayele of Kerestir, whose grave is visited by people from all over the world. The journey from Budapest or directly from the airport takes about two and a half hours; the return trip is usually a full-day programme, which can be combined with other Jewish heritage sites in the Tokaj wine region. In Hungary and abroad
From Budapest to the capitals of the region
Our services don’t stop at the city limits. With our transfers anywhere in Hungary, we take you door to door to Lake Balaton, Eger and the Tokaj wine region, Debrecen, Szeged, Pécs, Győr or Sopron – for a business trip, a conference, a wedding, a wine-country outing or a spa break of several days. You can also start your journey outside the capital: train and bus timetables rarely suit an early-morning flight, and leaving your own car at the airport for several days often causes more trouble than it saves.
Our international transfers take you to the neighbouring countries: a trip to Vienna or Prague is no obstacle for us. Bratislava is around two hours by car and Vienna two and a half, so a meeting in a neighbouring capital fits comfortably into a day, there and back. On longer journeys – to Prague, Kraków or Salzburg – the comfortable rear seat and free Wi-Fi mean the time is spent working or relaxing.

Our services are rarely booked one at a time. A well-planned programme combines several types, and that is exactly what makes it run smoothly: the same team organises the arrival, the movements during the day and the journey home. A few typical combinations:
International conference delegation
Arrivals on several flights, with Meet & Greet at the airport; City transfers between the hotels and the conference venue; on the third day, a Round trip with a regional factory visit and a dinner in a wine region; and finally departure to the airport – all on a single invoice.
A wedding with guests from abroad
Welcoming the guests at the airport, driving the couple in an S-Class or EQS on the big day, taking the wedding party by minivan between the ceremony and the dinner, a sightseeing tour of Budapest together the following day, and then a transfer to the airport.
A tour day with a performer
Airport welcome, hotel, soundcheck and press commitments on an hourly booking, a discreet ride back to the hotel after the concert, and the next day a Point to Point journey on to Vienna or Bratislava – with a Sprinter VIP for the crew and equipment.
A family holiday in the region
Arrival in Budapest, a few days in the capital with sightseeing, then door to door to Lake Balaton or Hévíz, and finally straight to the airport – all in one minivan, with the child seats you requested.
With programmes like these, the most helpful thing is to receive the complete schedule in one go. That way we can see in advance where to leave flexibility with an hourly booking, where a simple transfer is enough, and on which day a larger vehicle or several cars are needed. Timing
When is it worth booking early?
You can request a car at any time, but there are periods when our most sought-after vehicles – especially the S-Class, the EQS and the seven-seat minivans – are in demand from several clients at once. At such times, the earlier you get in touch, the more certain it is that your preferred car will be available.
- Wedding season – from late spring to early autumn, Saturdays are the most popular; it is best to arrange transport as soon as the venues are booked.
- Major summer events – during the Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix weekend and the big open-air concerts and festivals, traffic surges in Budapest and the surrounding area.
- Conference and trade-fair season – spring and autumn bring many international events, so delegation programmes should be arranged weeks in advance.
- Lake Balaton in summer, Vienna in Advent – many people head for seasonal destinations at the same time; we suggest an exact departure time that works around peak traffic.
- Holidays and long weekends – the airport is busier at these times, so allow an even more generous margin than usual for a departing flight.

How to book our chauffeur services
Call us 24 hours a day, message us on WhatsApp or send an email. Tell us which service you need (transfer, from the airport, to the airport or hourly), when, from where and to where you wish to travel, whether you need any stops along the way, how many people are travelling and with how much luggage, which vehicle you would like, your flight number for airport journeys and, if you are travelling with children, the child seat you need. Our team will get back to you shortly with a final quote.

What is the difference between a City transfer, Point to Point and a Round trip?
A City transfer is a journey within Budapest to one or several addresses; Point to Point is a direct journey to a distant destination; a Round trip is a tour with several stops outside the capital, which can be changed en route, for up to 50 people.

How many people can you carry?
Up to three passengers in a sedan, up to seven in the V-Class and the Peugeot e-Traveller, and six in the Sprinter VIP. On a Round trip we can carry up to 50 people; if you need more, let us know your specific request.
Do you also travel abroad?
Yes, to the neighbouring countries too – a trip to Vienna or Prague is no obstacle, and you can also travel with us to Bratislava, Košice, Kraków, Zakopane or Salzburg.
