When a group travels, the number of passengers is rarely the headache. Far more often it is what travels with them: suitcases packed for several days, garment bags, instruments, product samples, golf bags and skis. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter VIP with chauffeur was made for exactly this – it is the vehicle in our fleet that carries the most luggage.
The Sprinter VIP devotes its generous interior not to squeezing in as many seats as possible, but to comfort and luggage space. Six passengers travel on premium leather seats in a face-to-face layout, with a large screen, a premium sound system, adjustable LED lighting and a built-in mini fridge. We recommend it for delegations, production crews, exhibitors and sports teams, in Budapest, around Hungary and on journeys to the neighbouring countries.

Luggage space
Up to twelve pieces of luggage alongside six passengers. Our seven-seat minivans have room for seven pieces of luggage and our sedans for three – so the Sprinter VIP steps in where the luggage simply will not fit anywhere else.
Face-to-face seating
The group can sit facing one another, so you can confer, talk through the programme or run through a presentation once more on the way – with free Wi-Fi and USB chargers to help.
Comfort and technology
A large screen, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, LED lighting you can adjust to the time of day and a built-in mini fridge – so that even between two stops on a long day there are a few calm minutes.

An official delegation rarely travels light: it packs for several days and brings meeting papers, gifts and often product samples as well. In the Sprinter VIP, a delegation of six stays together from the airport to the hotel and from there to the meeting. Group airport arrivals
Six people, twelve suitcases, and everyone waiting for someone to take charge. With our airport Meet & Greet service, the chauffeur waits for the group in the arrivals hall with a name sign, escorts you to the vehicle and drives you to the address you have given.
Large families on a long holiday
The luggage of a family setting off for several weeks can easily exceed what a minivan will hold. In the Sprinter VIP, the pushchair, sports equipment and suitcases travel alongside the child seats.

More than six of you? A second vehicle can be booked alongside the Sprinter VIP – for example the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, which takes seven passengers and seven pieces of luggage. Budapest
Event venues the Sprinter VIP often heads to
Budapest’s major concert, sports and exhibition venues lie several kilometres apart, in different parts of the city. For a crew or a team of exhibitors, planning the moves between venues matters just as much as the vehicle itself.
On big event days, arrivals near the venues are often met with road closures, designated drop-off points and heavy traffic. If the organisers have set aside a separate arrival point for performers, exhibitors or guests, always tell us when you book: the chauffeur can then pull up in the right place, and the group will not be left searching for the entrance with their luggage in hand.
MVM Dome – District IX, Üllői út
Opened at the end of 2021 and holding around 20,000 spectators, this arena is Hungary’s largest multi-purpose event hall: it hosts handball matches as well as major arena concerts and corporate events. Üllői út is one of the main routes towards the city centre and the airport, so hotel, arena and the next day’s airport departure link up neatly.
Puskás Aréna – District XIV
Hungary’s largest stadium opened in 2019; it is home to national team matches, international cup finals and stadium concerts. Before and after a sell-out event, traffic in the area is especially heavy, so it is worth giving the exact pick-up point and departure time when you book.
Hungexpo – District X, Albertirsai út
Hungary’s largest exhibition and congress centre hosts the major trade fairs. Teams arriving as exhibitors carry special luggage: roll-up banners, catalogues, product samples, small stand elements – in the Sprinter VIP, all of it leaves the hotel with the team in the morning and returns with them in the evening.
Hungaroring – Mogyoród
The home of the Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix lies just north-east of Budapest, alongside the M3 motorway; the race has been held here every year since 1986, during the summer months. On race weekend, traffic on the motorway and around Mogyoród is far heavier than usual, so allow plenty of time for the morning departure and the evening journey home. A minibus, but different
What makes a minibus VIP?
A conventional minibus is designed to fit in as many people as possible: rows of seats packed one behind the other, a narrow aisle, little legroom and even less space for luggage. The VIP version, by contrast, devotes its large body to comfort. Fewer seats, more space – and, what matters most for group travel, plenty of room for suitcases too.
In the Sprinter VIP, six passengers travel on premium leather seats in a face-to-face layout. In practice, this means an executive group can hold a meeting on the way, a crew can review the next day’s programme on the large screen, and a family sits in a circle rather than in rows. The adjustable LED lighting can be set to suit the time of day – brighter in the morning, softer on a late-night journey home – and the built-in mini fridge keeps drinks to hand on a longer trip.
None of this is luxury for its own sake: on an eight- to ten-hour day with many stops, it is these details that decide whether the group arrives at the last engagement of the day refreshed or exhausted.
- For a delegation, give us the name of the lead passenger, so that the chauffeur meets the group at the airport with the right name sign.
- If the programme runs at two venues at the same time, let us know in advance – in that case we will suggest a second vehicle.
- During major events, match the pick-up point to the location set by the organisers, and include it in your booking.
Sample day
A concert day with the Sprinter VIP
At eleven in the morning the band lands at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport: five musicians, a manager, six suitcases, two guitar cases, a keyboard bag and a few boxes of technical accessories. Our chauffeur waits for them in the arrivals hall with a name sign, the luggage goes into the Sprinter VIP’s luggage compartment, and the band can finally stretch their legs on the leather seats. A short rest at the hotel, off to the venue for the sound check in the early afternoon, the concert in the evening, back to the hotel after midnight – with cool drinks in the mini fridge and the LED lights dimmed.
The next morning, the same vehicle takes the band onwards: back to the airport or straight to the next stop, even Vienna or Prague. For a day like this, an hourly booking is the natural choice, because the programme may change as it goes and the vehicle is at the band’s disposal for the time booked. It is worth describing the equipment and the schedule in detail when you request a quote.
Around Hungary
Group business trips around Hungary – factory visits, sites and conferences
Hungary’s automotive and industrial centres are regular destinations for foreign delegations. Győr, home of Audi Hungaria, is about 124 km from Budapest on the M1 motorway. Debrecen lies about 229 km away via the M3 and M35 motorways; the city’s BMW plant has been building the electric iX3 since 2025. For a team of six setting off on a factory visit or site tour, the Sprinter VIP is practical because protective gear, product samples and presentation materials can travel with the team, and on the face-to-face seats they can go over the agenda once more on the way.

International journeys
Vienna, Prague, the Tatras and the Alps – with all your equipment
Tours, business roadshows and conferences rarely stop at a single city. A trip to Vienna or Prague is no obstacle for us, and the Sprinter VIP is an advantage on these journeys because the team travels on with all its luggage – suitcases, instruments, stand materials – in one vehicle, with no repacking.
For winter sports fans, the Tatras and the Alps are the two most obvious destinations. Zakopane is about 320 km and Salzburg about 535 km from Budapest; on both journeys, skis, boots and helmets need space too. For international journeys we always send a tailored quote, and every passenger should carry a valid travel document.
On longer journeys – Prague about 525 km, Kraków about 395 km from Budapest – the comfort features really come into their own. When you spend five or six hours on the road, it matters that you have room to settle into a leather seat, can work or watch a film over free Wi-Fi, and can take something cold from the mini fridge at any time. It is worth building rest stops into the schedule in advance – let us know if the group would like to stop for lunch in a city along the way.

Two minivans or one Sprinter VIP?
If six passengers are travelling with twelve pieces of luggage, the luggage alone would call for two minivans, with a combined hourly rate of 2 × €110 = €220 (based on the V-Class). The hourly rate for the Sprinter VIP is €120 – so with lots of luggage it is not only more comfortable for everyone to travel in one vehicle, it is often more economical too.

About the model
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter – three decades at the head of the large van class
Mercedes-Benz unveiled the Sprinter in spring 1995; it was the brand’s first van to be given a name rather than a combination of letters and numbers. The second generation arrived in 2006, and the current, third generation had its world premiere in Duisburg on 6 February 2018. It added a front-wheel-drive version alongside rear- and all-wheel drive, and in 2019 the series-production electric eSprinter followed.
One secret of the Sprinter’s success is its versatility: the manufacturer offers it in several lengths, wheelbases and roof heights, which makes it a favourite base for coachbuilders – according to the manufacturer, a large share of Sprinters are tailored to their final purpose by converters and bodybuilders. Premium passenger versions are born of this tradition, with conference seating, leather, lighting and entertainment electronics.
