How much does a premium chauffeur-driven car cost in Budapest? With us, there is no guesswork: we publish the prices of all six of our vehicles openly, broken down into transfer fares and hourly rates. On this page, we also explain how to read the two types of price, when you will receive a tailored quote, how you can pay, and what to include so that your final quote can be prepared quickly and accurately. Our prices by vehicle – transfer fare and hourly rate

Executive – Mercedes-Benz E-Class
The best-value vehicle in the fleet: elegant, iconic Mercedes design, adjustable seats that stay comfortable on long journeys, a premium sound system, Wi-Fi and USB ports. Ideal for airport transfers, everyday business travel and journeys within Europe – for up to three passengers.
Luxury – Mercedes-Benz S-Class and EQS
The brand’s flagship class at the same price, with conventional or electric drive. The spacious rear cabin of the S-Class, with its electrically adjustable heated seats and ambient lighting, is made for distinguished guests, protocol occasions and weddings; the EQS, with massage seats, multi-zone climate control and outstanding sound insulation, offers the same with zero local emissions.
VIP minivan and electric minibus – V-Class and e-Traveller
Seven passengers and seven pieces of luggage in a single vehicle. The V-Class has a premium leather interior, attractive lighting and facing seats, with chilled drinks on request; the e-Traveller is 100% electric, very quiet, and comes in a long-wheelbase version with a large boot.
VIP minibus – Sprinter VIP
Six passengers and twelve pieces of luggage: premium leather seats, a facing-seat layout, a large screen, a premium sound system, Bluetooth, adjustable LED lighting and a built-in mini fridge. This is the vehicle in our fleet that carries the most luggage.
Types of price
Transfer fare or hourly rate – what do the two prices mean?
Each of our vehicles has two prices, and each is designed for a different travel situation. The choice is not complicated, but it is worth a minute’s thought, because it determines which type of booking suits your programme better.
Transfer – “including tax and parking”
The transfer fare covers a specific journey: from one pick-up point to one destination, with intermediate stops if needed. Examples include an airport arrival or departure, the journey from your hotel to a meeting or to dinner, or the ride home after an event. The fare includes tax and parking.
Hourly rate – “including tax”
With an hourly booking, the vehicle and chauffeur are at your disposal for the time booked, following your instructions. This suits a day of meetings at several locations, sightseeing, a wedding, an event or any programme that may change as it unfolds. The hourly rate includes tax.
Which should you choose, and when?
- One journey, one destination: a transfer – for example, from Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport to your hotel. You can read more about this on our Budapest airport transfer page.
- Several stops in one day: the hourly rate – for example, a meeting in the morning, lunch at midday, a second meeting in the afternoon and dinner in the evening.
- A flexible programme: the hourly rate – for sightseeing, a wine tasting or a wedding, the order and length of the stops can adapt to the day as it goes.
- A group with several stops around the country: Round trip – it links several stops across Hungary in a short time, the stops can be changed flexibly along the way, and it can carry groups of up to 50 people.

Longer journeys
Journeys around Hungary and abroad: we send a tailored quote
Every journey around the country or abroad is different: the distance, the journey time, the programme and the way home all vary. That is why we do not publish a general price for these journeys; instead, after your quote request, we send a tailored quote that our team prepares based on your route, timing, number of passengers and chosen vehicle.
We travel from Budapest and all over Hungary to the neighbouring countries: a journey to Vienna or Prague is no obstacle for us. We write in detail about the most popular destinations on our international transfers and Hungary transfers pages.
What should you include for a longer journey?
- The exact addresses, dates and times of departure and arrival.
- Any intermediate stops (up to ten) and how long you plan to stay at each.
- Whether it is a one-way or a return journey – and, if a return, when you would like to set off back.
- The number of passengers and pieces of luggage, plus any special items (skis, instruments, a pushchair).
- Your chosen vehicle – or that you would like our recommendation.

Indicative calculation
Hourly examples by vehicle
With an hourly booking, the price is based on the number of hours booked. The table below shows an indicative calculation for a four-hour programme – such as a half-day sightseeing tour or an afternoon of meetings – based on the hourly rate, by simple multiplication. Our team will send you the final quote.

For a full eight-hour day, the calculation works in exactly the same way: for example, 8 × €110 = €880 for a V-Class, or 8 × €70 = €560 for an E-Class (including tax) – an indicative calculation based on the hourly rate.
One larger vehicle or two smaller ones? Six passengers would need two E-Class cars, whose combined hourly rate is 2 × €70 = €140, whereas a V-Class costs €110. What is more, the whole party travels together in one vehicle. So it is always worth starting from the total number of passengers and the total amount of luggage.

Which type of price suits each occasion?
For the most common travel situations, we have summarised which type of price is the obvious choice and where you can read more. In every case, we put together the final quote based on your programme.
Airport arrivals and departures
Usually a transfer. Your chauffeur waits for you in the arrivals hall with Meet & Greet and a name sign. Just give us your flight number with your quote request.
A business day in the city
The hourly rate if the day consists of several meetings; a transfer if you only need one journey. Corporate clients benefit from a corporate rate and a single invoice.
Weddings and anniversaries

What goes into a quote
What does the final quote depend on?
We always prepare the final quote based on the details you give us. Four of these have the greatest influence on how it is put together:
- The type of service
For a booking covering a single journey (transfer, from the airport, to the airport), the vehicle’s transfer fare applies; for an hourly booking, the hourly rate and the number of hours booked. - The chosen vehicle
The six vehicles have different prices, as shown in the table above. The right category depends on the occasion: a business trip, a protocol event, a family journey or a group. - The number of passengers and pieces of luggage
This decides which vehicles are suitable and whether one or more vehicles are needed. - The route
For journeys around Hungary and abroad, we send a tailored quote based on the route, the schedule and the programme.
How is it different from a taxi?
With a pre-booked, chauffeur-driven premium car, you choose the vehicle in advance, you see the prices in advance, and the chauffeur waits for you at the agreed address at the agreed time – for airport arrivals, with a name sign in the arrivals hall. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for your party, free Wi-Fi and mineral water await you on board, and any further requests are arranged as needed. Our chauffeurs have language skills and several years of experience looking after VIP guests.
Choosing a vehicle
Which vehicle suits your party?
Alongside the price, the number of passengers and the amount of luggage decide which vehicles are suitable. The overview below will help you make an initial choice; we will make our final recommendation based on your quote request.
One to three passengers
For business trips and airport transfers, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class is the best-value choice. For a distinguished guest, a protocol occasion or a wedding, we recommend the S-Class or the electric EQS. Each of the three takes up to three pieces of luggage.
Four to seven passengers
The V-Class and the electric Peugeot e-Traveller each carry up to seven passengers and seven pieces of luggage. The e-Traveller is the better value and has zero local emissions; the V-Class comes with a premium leather interior and facing seats.
Lots of luggage
The Sprinter VIP carries up to six passengers but twelve pieces of luggage – ideal for delegations, crews, athletes and families setting off on a long holiday. For more than six passengers or larger groups, we recommend several vehicles.

Payment, corporate rate, a single invoice
For private passengers
We accept credit cards. If you have any questions about payment, we will be happy to answer them when you request a quote, or by phone, 24 hours a day.
For corporate clients
We offer our business clients a corporate rate. All of the company’s journeys appear on a single invoice, which can also be paid electronically – this makes administration particularly simple when several employees, guests or delegations travel in the same month, with a mix of airport transfers, city meetings and journeys around the country.
In a company, travel arrangements are often in several hands: an assistant books the executive’s airport transfer, the event organiser arranges transport for conference guests, and HR organises the arrival of new colleagues. A single invoice brings all these journeys together in one place, while electronic payment simplifies the financial side.

Whichever channel you choose, our team will give your request the same care and attention, and if anything is missing from your quote request, we will ask. For a complex programme – several days, several vehicles, several locations – it is worth starting with a short phone call and then confirming the details by email.

What to include in your quote request
What details will we need?
The more complete your quote request, the more accurate the quote – and the fewer questions we need to ask.
- Type of service – transfer, from the airport, to the airport, or an hourly booking at your disposal.
- Date and time – for departures, your preferred pick-up time; for arrivals, the arrival time of your flight.
- Pick-up location, intermediate stops, destination – an exact address or the name of the hotel, with up to ten intermediate stops.
- For hourly bookings, the number of hours.
- Number of passengers and pieces of luggage – including children.
- Child seat – infant seat (0–1 years), toddler seat (1–3 years) or booster seat (3–6 years), with the number needed.
- Your chosen vehicle – or ask for our recommendation.
- Name, phone number, email address and anything else that may matter for the journey: flight number, special luggage, personal requests.
Planning tips
Book in good time. The whole point of pre-booked travel is predictability, so it is worth getting in touch as early as possible – especially during major events, the Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix weekend, the wedding season and holidays.
Allow extra time for airport departures. Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport is about 16–20 km from the city centre; choose your pick-up time so that it allows for both the traffic and check-in and security at the airport.
Carry a valid travel document on international journeys. Temporary border checks may be introduced even within the Schengen Area, so every passenger should carry a valid identity card or passport.
Mention any special requests, too. Mineral water awaits every passenger, and in the V-Class you can also ask for chilled drinks; any further requests are arranged as needed. If they are included in your quote request, the final quote will take them into account, and there will be no surprises on the day of travel.
With an electric vehicle, think about the schedule. On a longer journey – as with any electric vehicle – charging may form part of the schedule; if you would like the EQS or the e-Traveller, please give us the full route.
