Corporate rate, a single invoice, electronic payment
The administration of corporate travel can take up as much time as the journey itself. That is why we offer our business clients a corporate rate, all of a company’s journeys can appear on a single invoice, and electronic payment is available too. The finance team no longer has to reconcile a receipt for every ride, and the travel organiser does not have to look for a new provider each time. We also accept credit cards.

Our services
Four services, one partner: City transfer, Point to Point, Round trip, Leisure Traveling
Business journeys fall into four distinct types. Each calls for a different solution – and all of them can be arranged with the same call and the same contact person.
City transfer – within Budapest
Between one or several addresses in Budapest, at any time of day, for anything from a small team to a larger delegation. Office, hotel, ministry, restaurant, conference centre – without anyone having to look for a parking space.
Point to Point – straight to a distant venue
From one point to a more distant destination: a regional site, a factory, a partner company or a meeting abroad. You can work, make calls or even hold a meeting in the car along the way; we also carry larger delegations.
Round trip – several stops in a short time
When several locations outside the capital need to be covered in one day, a tour brings them together. The cars have free Wi-Fi, the stops can be changed flexibly en route, and we can carry groups of up to 50 people.
Leisure Traveling – after the official programme
Company sightseeing, excursions, dinners and get-togethers in Hungary and abroad. After a wine-country outing or a dinner on the Danube, nobody has to get behind the wheel.
Point to Point
Working time on the road: an office on the back seat
A regional site or a partner abroad is often somewhere you can only reach by train with a change, yet flying is not worth it. Two or three hours at the wheel of your own car, however, is lost working time: whoever is driving cannot read, write or prepare.
With a chauffeur-driven car, the travelling time goes back into your diary. On the back seat you can review a draft contract, prepare for a meeting, take a video call or simply rest after a long day. Every vehicle has free Wi-Fi and USB chargers, so your laptop and phone won’t run flat on the way.
If peace and quiet matter most, the spacious Mercedes-Benz S-Class or the superbly insulated electric EQS is the right choice. For everyday business travel, the elegant and well-priced E-Class is comfortable too, even on longer journeys within Europe.
Delegations
Delegation transport: a meeting room in the V-Class
When a delegation travels together, the journey itself is a chance to work. The seats of the Mercedes-Benz V-Class can be turned to face each other, turning the cabin into a small meeting room: participants can confer before the next meeting, talk through their strategy or sum up what they learnt from the last one. There is room for seven passengers and seven pieces of luggage, with a premium leather interior; we can have cold drinks ready on request.
With more to carry – samples, exhibition material, luggage for several days – the Sprinter VIP is more practical: alongside six passengers it takes up to twelve pieces of luggage, with face-to-face leather seats, a large screen and a built-in mini fridge. If the delegation would like to travel with low emissions, the seven-seat, 100% electric Peugeot e-Traveller is also available.
For delegations needing several cars, we suggest a combination of vehicles based on the numbers, the order of precedence and the programme: the head of the delegation might travel in an S-Class, for example, and the accompanying staff in a V-Class. On a Round trip we can carry up to 50 people; if you cannot find a suitable vehicle in our fleet, let us know your specific requirements.
Budapest, the conference city
Conferences, exhibitions and roadshows in Budapest
Year after year, Budapest hosts international congresses, trade fairs and corporate events. The venues are spread across the city, each with its own approach – at an event lasting several days, planning the movements between hotel, conference centre and evening programme matters as much as setting up the hall.
Hungexpo – District X
The country’s largest exhibition and congress centre, on Albertirsai út in Kőbánya. During major trade fairs traffic in the area increases considerably, so journeys from the hotel are best timed for the rush before opening, and exhibitors’ packages should be mentioned in advance.
Bálna – District IX, Fővám tér
A glass-and-steel event centre on the Danube embankment next to the Central Market Hall, at the Pest end of Liberty Bridge. Its city-centre setting makes it popular for evening receptions and smaller conferences alike; traffic along the embankment is slow at rush hour, however.
Várkert Bazár – District I, Ybl Miklós tér
This restored neo-Renaissance ensemble on the Danube at the foot of Buda Castle hosts gala dinners, award ceremonies and prestigious corporate events. It is approached from Ybl Miklós tér on the riverside, so arrival is possible without the narrow streets of the Castle District.
MOM Cultural Centre – District XII
This cultural and event centre on Csörsz utca in the Hegyvidék district hosts conferences, performances and corporate events. It lies on the Buda side, so from a hotel in Pest you need to allow for the route across the bridges.
A roadshow – when a product, an investment opportunity or a corporate message reaches several cities in a few days – follows the logic of a Round trip. Budapest, Győr, Debrecen or Szeged can be visited one after another, with participants staying in the same car together with their luggage and materials. The stops can be changed en route if the programme shifts.
Welcoming partners
A partner arriving from abroad: how to prepare
The first impression of a business visit is made at the airport. If your partner steps straight into the car you have chosen after landing, accompanied by a chauffeur who greets them by name, the tone for the meeting is set on arrival. Our airport transfer includes Meet & Greet: the chauffeur waits for your guest in the arrivals hall with a name sign, escorts them to the car and drives them to the address given.
- Ask for the flight number, not just the arrival time.
Budapest airport currently operates Terminal 2 with two sections: passengers on Schengen flights usually come out in hall 2A, all others in hall 2B. - Allow for border control.
Since April 2026, guests arriving from outside the European Union must also have their details recorded in the EU Entry/Exit System (EES) on their first entry. Don’t schedule the first meeting immediately after landing. - Leave time before the first engagement.
The airport is about 16–20 km from the city centre; depending on the time of day, allow between half an hour and an hour for the journey. - Give us the guest’s name and contact details.
The name sign shows the name you provide; a phone number is useful if anything changes after landing. - Think about the return journey too.
If you already know the departure time, you can book both directions at once.

Discretion and security – on executive and protocol journeys
Over the past decade, politicians, church leaders, royalty and international performing artists have travelled with us. These journeys have taught us that the best service is the one the passenger hardly notices: the car is there on time, the chauffeur knows exactly what to do, and whatever is said in the cabin stays there.
Our chauffeurs are multilingual and have years of experience in driving and in looking after VIP guests. When driving a chief executive, a board member or an official delegation, this experience is not an extra but a basic requirement.
For protocol journeys, the brand’s flagship sedan, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, is the classic choice; if the company’s sustainability goals call for it, the electric EQS in the same class is a quieter alternative with zero local emissions.
Planning
The logistics of a day of meetings in Budapest
Budapest is a compact city, yet journey times depend not on distance but on the time of day and the Danube bridges. A well-planned day of meetings rests on a few simple ground rules.
Between Pest and Buda outside rush hour
Journeys between the two sides slow down most in the morning and afternoon rush hours. If your day starts in Buda and continues in Pest, make the switch in mid-morning or early afternoon. Cars are not allowed on the renovated Chain Bridge, and Buda’s Castle District is a traffic-restricted zone – worth bearing in mind when drawing up the schedule.
At least half an hour between two meetings
Even between venues in the city centre. An overrunning meeting, a traffic jam or a closed road can easily eat up the margin. With a car booked in advance, at least parking is no longer a concern: your guest gets in and out right at the entrance.
Transfer or hourly rate?
If the day’s programme is known precisely, you can book the journeys between venues one by one. If the length of the meetings is uncertain, or new addresses may come up during the day, an hourly booking is more flexible: for the time booked, the car follows your instructions. Hourly rates including tax: E-Class €70, V-Class €110, S-Class and EQS €125 per hour.
The evening is part of the day
Nobody has to drive after a business dinner. If the day ends with dinner, book the journey home or back to the hotel together with the daytime programme. For corporate evening events, you will also find ideas on our concert and event transfers page.
Leisure Traveling
Corporate hospitality beyond the meeting table
After a successful business visit, partners often remember not the negotiations but the dinner together or the afternoon excursion. On such occasions, transport should be invisible: the car is waiting outside the hotel, the guests get in, and not a single minute of the programme is lost to organising.
A half-day corporate outing from Budapest can take many forms. In the Danube Bend, the baroque centre of Szentendre and the panorama from the citadel at Visegrád; just beyond the capital’s western edge, the wineries of the Etyek-Buda wine region; and to the north-east, the Eger wine region all make for a memorable afternoon. We match the vehicles to the size of the group: a V-Class or e-Traveller for a few guests, several cars or a tailored solution for a larger party. As nobody has to drive, a wine tasting can easily be part of the programme.
Business travel abroad
Business trips to Vienna, Bratislava and Prague – door to door
The capitals of Central Europe are close to one another, so a trip to Vienna or Prague is no obstacle. Travelling by car is often faster than flying once you count the journeys to and from the airport, security screening and waiting – and the passenger stays in a single vehicle from door to door.

Vienna
On the M1 motorway, crossing the border at Hegyeshalom, roughly two and a half hours. Leave in the morning and you can be at your meeting before noon and home again in the evening. Details: Budapest to Vienna transfer.
Bratislava

Prague
Via Bratislava and Brno, on motorways all the way, roughly five and a half hours. This is more of a multi-day trip – but on the back seat you can get a full working day’s tasks done.
As a rule, there are no routine passport checks at Schengen internal borders, but temporary or random checks can occur, so every passenger should carry a valid travel document. For international routes we send a tailored quote. You will find our full range on the international transfers page.
